Stopped in here after dropping off a package at the post box outside the post office next door. (Nearest box). Wanted to see what was available if I ever needed something quick and didn't want to drive to a big store. Had a good selection of basic cooking needs including, canned goods, condiments, real vanilla, corn starch, and sugars. They have Constanzos rolls. They have many types of soft drinks. Saw that they have falafels up on the board and hadn't had one in years so I asked. Even though it was right before 10:30 and they didn't have everything turned on for lunch they turned things on and made one for me. Took about 10 minutes. I asked for a tub of homemade hummus from their deli case too. Saw they also had some nice looking cannoli if you like those.
They packaged some warm pita with my hummus and it tasted good and fresh. My falafel was also very good, packed with warm crispy falafels, finely shredded lettuce, tomato and pickles, with a very generous helping of tahini inside. Grabbed a menu for later use. They also make pizzas and sandwiches and salads.
Very nice proprietors. -

Well, an interesting place! The man who cashed me out was VERY nice! The people who got sandwiches said there's was good. I got the pizza sub and it was decent. The fact that the staff was funny and friendly made this place for me a now go to.

Food is complete garbage. I found hair in my pizza slice, the "refrigerated" drinks( pop, beer) warm. And the guy behind the counter has no customer service skills at all. AVOID at all costs. Go 10 seconds up the road and go to Sunoco. Food is cheaper and taste 10x better, drinks are colder. Item

Small mom and pop deli, with good homemade food. I like to eat vegetarian, and they have a few nice options. Hummus wrap, and falafel wrap are very good. I haven't had the refried lentil wrap or the spinach and leak wrap.
But, if you want to try a hidden veggie gem, look no further than the Roasted Eggplant & Tofu Burger. This is made from scratch, you can sometimes see them roasting eggplants, and it is delicious. And for $5 it's a steal. I like it with tahini, lettuce, tomato, provolone and jalapenos on a pita. Yum! -

We decided to stop there on the way home to grab some lunch. I had previously seen that they had falafel and wanted to try it. I ordered the falafel wrap and the falafel was burned to a crisp. Hard as a rock. It was also spicier than I expected, but that's a recipe thing which I am ok with. It took forever to get our order, probably close to 30 minutes. While we waited more than a few people came in, waited, then left. A few left after looking at the overly crisp pizza in the display case. My son got a tuna (tiny) sub and it had zero flavor. My wife ordered a bowl (tiny) of chicken lemon soup. She didnt care for it, but i thought it tasted pretty good. However, in the whole bowl (tiny) there was only one small morsel of chicken.
The man at the counter could have maybe said hello or been a bit more cordial. Ordering from a machine would have been about as appealing.
I don't see any reason for us to go back.
